Russian tennis starlet Maria Sharapova continued her 2008 dream run as she won her 18th career title.

Russian tennis starlet Maria Sharapova continued her 2008 dream run as she won her 18th career title.
She's won the Qatar Open with a three set win over compatriot Vera Zvonareva.
Sharapova entered the final unbeaten in her last 13 games and looked on course to add to her Australian Open title by winning the 1st set by 6-1.
However, some erratic play by the former world number one saw Zvonareva pull the second set back 6-2.
But that was the spark for Sharapova and she was in blistering form in the decider as she blew away Zvonareva, ranked 21 in the world.
