International Cricket Council looks like a house divided after its president Mustafa Kamal of Bangladesh resigned on Wednesday saying he was denied the right to present the World Cup trophy to the victorious Australians in Melbourne on Sunday. Kamal was already in the eye of a storm for his controversial remarks after Bangladesh lost their World Cup quarterfinal against India. ICC sources said the Executive Board wanted to end his tenure as president. The trophy was presented by ICC chairman N. Srinivasan, a decision that was endorsed by the Executive Board. Kamal has blasted Srinivasan for running the world body in an "unconstitutional" manner. Kamal's resignation has been confirmed by the ICC.
