Rahil Gangjee was left waiting through the whole day and was yet to start his second round in the weather-hit TPC Stonebrae Championship.
Gangjee had an even par 70 in the first round.
Daniel Chopra, who had a 74 in the first round, was even par through two holes in the second when inclement weather halted play.
Steve Friesen, meanwhile, finished five holes and added a 2-under 68 in the freezing afternoon wind for a 3-under 137 total and temporary possession of the clubhouse lead.
Matt Harmon (68) has the next best 36-hole score at 1-under 139.
