Romain Grosjean Handed Five Place Grid Penalty in Belgian Grand Prix
Lotus' Romain Grosjean was slapped with a five place penalty on the grid for changing the gearbox while Daniil Kvyat was reprimanded for being unsafe.

Russian Daniil Kvyat and Frenchman Romain Grosjean were handed reprimands and penalties at the Belgian Grand Prix on Saturday. (Hamilton Secures Pole Position for Belgian GP)
Kvyat was reprimanded when he was given an unsafe release by Red Bull into the pit lane during second free practice on Friday as Brazilian Felipe Massa approached in his Williams. The stewards deemed Kvyat was not paying enough attention and gave him his second reprimand of the season.

Red Bull were fined 10,000 Euros.
Grosjean faces a five place grid penalty after the gearbox on his Lotus car was changed. He was also reprimanded on Friday for driving slowly and blocking German Nico Hulkenberg of Force India during second practice.
