Man United announce game in China

Manchester United will face Chinese club Hangzhou Greentown on the final leg of its four-game tour of Asia in July.

Manchester United will face Chinese club Hangzhou Greentown on the final leg of its four-game tour of Asia in July.

United also plays games in Malaysia, Indonesia and South Korea although those details are yet to be finalized. Its final game will be July 26 against Greentown, which is a Chinese Super League team from the Zhejiang province.

"We are delighted to be coming back to Asia for our summer tour," United chief executive David Gill said Monday. "The passion and excitement of the games has to be experienced to be believed, and the tour is great preparation for the new season."
