London:
Dimitar Berbatov scored twice in his home debut as Fulham beat 10-man West Bromwich Albion 3-0 in the English Premier League on Saturday.
Berbatov transferred from Manchester United on deadline day, and in his first start he opened the scoring in the 32nd minute with a curving shot inside the left post, and made it 2-0 with a penalty on halftime. Billy Jones fouled Fulham's busy Alex Kacaniklic and Berbatov sent goalkeeper Ben Foster, his former United teammate, the wrong way.
Between both goals, West Brom forward Peter Odemwingie was sent off for kicking out at Sascha Riether in front of both benches.
Steve Sidwell closed the scoring with a minute to go after Hugo Rodallega's header rebounded off the crossbar.
