After a shaky start to his Manchester United career, Uruguayan striker Diego Forlan has found his scoring touch.Given an opportunity to start more regularly because of a series of injuries to team stars, Forlan scored two goals in Sunday's 2-1 win over Liverpool to help shake off the "Forlorn" tag. They were his third and fourth of the season.The 23-year-old, who joined from Argentine club Independiente in January, will be given a chance again in Manchester United's fourth-round League Cup game on Tuesday against first-division Burnley.United is one of eight Premier League teams playing in the eight fourth-round matches in the competition - England's No 2 cup behind the FACup.Sunderland keenAlso on Tuesday, Sunderland plays first division Sheffield United, who eliminated Leeds in the previous round.Sunderland manager Howard Wilkinson said the club was keen to win the trophy, which gives entry to the UEFA Cup, particularly after a beating a second string Arsenal side in the third round."I think the players who got the result at Arsenal feel they would like to be part of this one and in the circumstances it is best for the club at the moment, particularly with our injuries in midfield," Wilkinson said. "Sheffield United, however, will be flying. It's a big game for them."The standout match features third-place Chelsea against fifth-place Everton on Wednesday. Chelsea was a 3-0 winner over Sunderland over the weekend, while Everton had its six-match Premier League winning streak ended 2-1 by Newcastle on Sunday.Liverpool hopes to regroup from its loss to United with a win over first-division Ipswich on Wednesday. Goalkeeper Jerzy Dudek, whose blunder led to a United goal, is being dropped, with England Under 21 goalkeeper Chris Kirkland given a chance to take a starting role.Defending champion Blackburn Rovers hosts Rotherham.In Tuesday's other games, Crystal Palace vs Oldham and Sheffield United vs Sunderland. In Wednesday's other games, Aston Villa vs Preston North End and Wigan vs Fulham.Players missingUnited manager Alex Ferguson will be without defender Gary Neville and midfielder Quinton Fortune. Also injured is defender Laurent Blanc (calf). Juan Sebastian Veron has the flu and is doubtful, while goalkeeper Fabien Barthez will be rested. But Forlan will be there."We are all delighted for him," Ferguson said. "He keeps trying and if you keep trying you've always a chance. You can give out that message (to keep trying) but character helps you. The boy has shown he has got character and he will play tomorrow."Ferguson's long-term injury list includes David Beckham, Phil Neville, Roy Keane and Luke Chadwick."I don't have much option but to play most of the players who played yesterday," he said. "It will be an experienced side with a sprinkling of two or three reserve players."Burnley manager Stan Ternent was happy to be the underdog."I have got a lot of players who have played in the Premiership, and in Cup matches it depends on what happens on the night," Ternent said. "There's no pressure on us. We will go in as underdogs and we won't be expected to beat them."
