KB Arun Karthik led Tamil Nadu into their second successive Syed Mushtaq Ali Trophy final with an unbeaten 89-run knock that shaped their seven-wicket victory over Rajasthan in the first semi-final on Friday.

Jaydev Unadkat picked up three wickets before fifties from Arun Karthik and Amit Verma helped Assam to 193/7 on the first day of the Ranji Trophy semi-final against Saurashtra.

Assam cricket team continued its Ranji Trophy giant-killing run by defeating Delhi in Guwahati by five wickets. The win pushes Assam to second spot in Group A, just two points behind Gautam Gambhir-led Delhi.
