13.4 OUT! LBW! Flighted delivery, around middle, Hasan Nawaz lunged to defend but missed as the ball straightened a touch. The angle seemed to be taking the ball down the leg side but the umpire raised his finger on the appeal. Now, considering the angle, Hasan consulted with his partner and went for the review. Nothing came on the UltraEdge when ball passed the bat but when Ball Tracking loaded up, it projected the ball to be clipping the outer half of leg stump! 15.1 OUT! CAUGHT! Another one goes and this is implosion of the highest order now. 70/2 at one stage has become 93/6, in the span of 26 balls. Third wicket for Simranjeet Singh, in the span of 7 legal balls. And the left-arm spinner has got two left-handed batters. Tossed up, around middle and leg, Khushdil Shah comes down the track and goes for the heave ho but he is not quite to the pitch of the ball. 18.5 OUT! BOWLED! The slow death! The off cutter, from the back of the hand but Mohammad Haris does not read it at all. He has to wait and wait and wait, but the ball simply does not arrive. Losing his patience, he gets across and attempts a mighty mow via a paddle but is never in sync with the ball. He misses and the ball comes in late and knocks the leg stump out of the ground. 4th wicket for Siddique. Can he get his maiden T20I 5-fer? 16.5 OUT! CAUGHT! That is a sensational catch and it is the skipper, Muhammad Waseem again! Third wicket for Junaid as well. On a length, outside off, pace off again, Mohammad Nawaz tries to go inside out over cover but once again, is through his shot very early. The ball hits the toe end of his bat and lobs up over cover. For a second, it seems like the ball will land in no man's land again but Waseem charges back from cover, running to his right, keeps his eyes on the ball and takes a tremendous catch. 20 OUT! HARIS RAUF IS RUN OUT. Great comeback by Rohid after going for 14 runs in his first 3 balls. Slower ball, on a length, outside off, Afridi backs away and looks to go inside out but ends up carving it over the field. The ball lands safely and the batters just keep on running. There is just the couple of runs available but Rauf is ready to sacrifice his wicket for the team's cause and challenges the throw, as he scampers back for the third. Simranjeet Singh returns a decent throw to the keeper, Rahul Chopra, who collects and hits the ball at the stumps, with Rauf not even in the frame. PAKISTAN FINISH ON 146/9! 146/9

Shaheen Afridi goes searching for swing again and bowls a fuller one outside off. Alishan Sharafu backs away a bit and dances down as well, looking to clear the ring of fielders on the off side. 4.3 OUT! GONE! CAUGHT! This could be a game-changing wicket right there for Pakistan! Full marks for a brilliant catch from Mohammad Nawaz. Seeing Waseem moving a bit leg side to go inside out over cover, Abrar smartly bowls it wide outside off, and slows it up, on a fuller length, making Waseem reach for it. The UAE skipper still goes through the shot, but ends up badly mistiming it off the toe end. The ball spoons up towards the point region. Mohammad Nawaz runs backward a bit and flings himself with a dive to grab a fantastic catch. All the Pakistan players are pumped and why not? 5.3 OUT! OUTFOXED! BOWLED! Saim Ayub might have struggled massively with the bat, but he continues to shine with the ball! Comes from around the stumps, and darts it on a tad fuller length, just outside off. The ball slides in sharply through the air, and cramps Zohaib for space and pace both. Muhammad Zohaib is rushed to go on the back foot and tries to cut it away, but is beaten all ends up as the ball skids through and smashes into the stumps. 15.4 OUT! CAUGHT! That could be the final nail in the coffin. Full, on middle and off, Chopra goes for the big slog sweep but gets it only as far as deep mid-wicket. Simple catch for Hasan Nawaz. 14 OUT! CAUGHT! Haris Rauf breaks through the 48-run stand. The pressure was telling and it has resulted in the wicket of Dhruv Parashar. On a length, outside off, pace off, Parashar looks to go over the off side but is not to the pitch of the ball. Ends up slicing it and the ball lobs towards deep cover. The ball seems to be dying down but Khushdil Shah charges in from the deep, keeps his eyes on the ball, dives forward and picks it up cleanly with both hands. Parashar departs for 20 (23), an innings where he barely got going. United Arab Emirates are 85/4 and need another 62 from 36 balls. 85/4

15 OUT! BOWLED! Abrar ends his spell with a wicket. A carrom ball, around off, Asif Khan goes for a massive mow on the leg side, but misses, as the ball spins in and shatters the stumps. 16.2 OUT! CAUGHT BEHIND! Shaheen comes over the wicket and bowls a back-of-a-length delivery going down the leg. Harshit Kaushik looks to get this away towards the fine leg region but fails to get a good connection on it. Ends up gloving this towards the right of the keeper. Mohammad Haris dives to his right and holds onto it inches above the ground. Shaheen Afridi jogs in a celebratory manner towards the keeper but is left stunned as the umpire turns down this. Salman Agha sends this upstairs and there is a spike on the UltraEdge as the ball is next to the gloves of Harshit Kaushik, forcing the on-field umpire to change his decision of not out to out. 17.3 OUT! CAUGHT! Another one in the over for Pakistan and Haris Rauf too gets his second of the game. Good length, cramping the batter for any sort of room to play with. Haider Ali swings for all money, but only gets it ballooned towards the fielder at mid-wicket. Sahibzada Farhan settles well underneath it and holds onto it. 17.1 OUT! SIMRANJEET SINGH IS RUN OUT! Just a stump to aim and Sahibzada Farhan hits the bullseye with the batter way short of his ground. The scolding he got from his skipper a few overs back seems to have got the best out of Farhan in the field. A length delivery from Rauf around middle and leg, Simranjeet Singh looks to slog but hits this off the bottom of his bat towards the fielder at mid-wicket and runs for it. Sahibzada Farhan gathers this and hits the stumps at the non-striker's end with the batter much short of his crease. The umpire, just to be doubly sure, sends this upstairs and the result was never in doubt. 103/8

17.4 RUN OUT! GAME, SET AND MATCH! Pakistan have got the victory they needed to advance to the next round of games as they defeat the United Arab Emirates by 41 runs. On a length around middle and off, Muhammad Rohid slices this to deep point and takes two without any difficulty. The throw from the deep was towards the striker's end and Mohammad Haris just tried a cheeky behind-the-back run-out at his end but the batter was well in and the keeper missed the stumps as well. The ball rolled towards the non-striker's end with Rohid keen on the third but at the other end, his partner, Junaid Siddique, had his back against him and wasn't that keen on the run. Haris Rauf picked the ball and threw it on the bounce towards Haris at the striker's end and he did the rest by breaking the stumps. 105/10
