Malahide Cricket Club is a cricket ground in Dublin which was founded way back in 1861. It is touted to be one of Ireland's best sporting infrastructures to have been built. It is now the biggest ground in Ireland and the third stadium to get international recognition after Civil Service Cricket Club in Belfast and Castle Avenue in Dublin. Capable of holding approximately 10,000 spectators, it also boosts of a hospitality pavilion with a capacity of 650 and a 100-seater press box. There is also a food and drink village near the stadium. The first international game here will be played between Ireland and England on 3rd September, 2013.
