Indian President Congratulates CWG 2014 Medal Winners

New Delhi:
President Pranab Mukherjee on Sunday congratulated Indian sportspersons, who have won medals at the Commonwealth Games now being held in Glasgow.
Mukherjee congratulated Rahi Sarnobat, Anisa Sayyed, Apurvi Chandela, Ayonika Paul, Rajwinder Kaur, Prakash Nanjappa and Omkar Otari for winning medals, an official release said here.

In individual messages to them, the President said: "This is a great achievement and you have done India proud. I wish you the very best for all future endeavours."
So far, India has won 17 medals, including five gold, in the Games.
