"Rohit Has Justified His Talent": India Captain's Childhood Coach To NDTV
Team India, under the leadership of captain Rohit Sharma, lifted the T20 World Cup in Barbados on Saturday after beating South Africa in the final. After India's win, NDTV spoke to India captain Rohit's childhood coach Dinesh Lad, who recalled his meeting with the star batter. Dinesh Lad revealed that he first met Rohit when he was 12-year-old, but wanted to become a spinner. Dinesh Lad also opened up on Rohit's biggest quality as a skipper, saying that "he gives freedom and trusts his players".
