SAI dope test on Monika illegal: IWF
The good news for dope-tainted weightlifter Monika Devi is that she has the backing of the Indian Weightlifting Federation, which claims that the dope tests conducted on her by the Sports Authority of India were not according to WADA's guidelines, and are therefore illegal.
