'IPL Will Lose Its Brand Value if Not Played in India'
BCCI's threat to move IPL out of India next year has evoked mixed reactions. While many like Sunil Gavaskar say that IPL is a 'soft target', veteran commentator Charu Sharma and ex-Test batsman Aakash Chopra told NDTV that the IPL will lose its brand value if it goes overseas. The 'Indianness' of the IPL is its biggest USP, they said.
