Maxwell scored 76 off 36 while du Plessis hit 62 off 33 as the duo stitched 126 runs for the third wicket that came in a losing cause. Earlier, Devon Conway and Shivam Dube guided CSK to 226 for 6 in 20 overs. Devon Conway smashed 83 off 45 while Shivam Dube hit 52 off 27. RCB skipper Faf du Plessis had won the toss and opted to bowl first.
