Mayank Agarwal (38*) and Cheteshwar Pujara (29*) batted brilliantly in the last session on Day 2. The duo had dominated the New Zealand bowlers on the pitch where the visitors were bundled out for 62 in their first innings - the lowest total by a team in an innings on Indian soil. Ravichandran Ashwin was the most successful bowler for India with figures of 4/8, apart from the off-spinner, Mohammed Siraj took three wickets while Axar Patel picked two and Jayant Yadav got one. New Zealand might have crumbled with the bat but this match will be remembered for Ajaz Patel's rare feat where he took all 10 Indian wickets.
