Sub-Junior Women National Championship: Haryana beat UP 3-0 in 1st semi-final

Host Haryana registered a convincing 3-0 win over Uttar Pradesh in the first semi-final of the 3rd Hockey India Sub-Junior Women National Championship(North Zone) played at Sonepat, Haryana on Sunday.

Navneet Kaur put Haryana in the need and scored again before Udita made it 3-0.

Haryana were in full control of the game as they looked disciplined while Uttar Pradesh made several errors to further undermine their own game.

In the second semi-final, Chandigarh defeated Delhi 6-1. Anjali scored maximum number of three goals for Chandigarh, followed by Saroj (2) and Shilpi Dabas (1) against Delhi.
