Rich Beem, the golfer who beat Tiger Woods to win the 2002 PGA Championship, will be part of an elite class of players who will feature in the Gujarat Kensville Challenge which starts from Thursday.
In its third edition, Beem leads a line-up of elite golfers including former European Tour winners Rhys Davies, Raymond Russell, Jose-Phillipe Lima and Daniel Vanscik. Joining them in the fray would be Indian champions like Gaganjeet Bhullar, Shiv Kapur, Rahil Gangjee, Himmat Rai and old warhorse Gaurav Ghei making the third edition of this tournament, extremely competitive.
Gujarat Kensville however will not just have veterans teeing off against each other but will also feature youngsters like An Byeong-hun and Peter Uihlein who will look to punch above their weight.
