Torino:
A see-saw one-under 71 in the final round helped Shiv Kapur improve marginally on the leader-board and finish tied 34th at the BMW Italian Open here.
The Delhi-pro ended the European Tour event with a total of three-under 281.
Making a perfect start, Kapur picked up a birdie on the first hole before a dropped stroke on the third pulled him back.
However, he made amends with back-to-back birdies on the eighth and ninth to make the turn two-under.
The back-nine started just as well with a birdie on the 10th but bogeys on the 14th and 18th prevented Kapur from finishing higher up the leader-board.
Argentine Daniel Vancsik (65) clinched the title by a massive six strokes with a total of 267.
