Indian golfer Arjun Atwal's horrific run in the PGA Tour this season continued as he missed his sixth successive cut with a second-round 71 at the Honda Classic here.
Atwal had an 80 in the first round and his total of 151 was better than just three other players who finished 36 holes.
Atwal had four birdies and five bogeys, way better than his four double bogeys and a triple on the first day.
The leaders at the top were Justin Rose (66) and Tom Gillis (64) and they were eight-under 132. Three birdies in the last five holes saw Rory McIlroy (67) at seven-under 133.
The day belonged to Brian Harman, who after flirting with a sub-60 ended with a 61 despite a par on par-5 18th.
Tiger Woods overcame a trip into the water on a par-three where he had a double bogey and came out with a 68, seven shots off the lead at 139.
First round leader Davis Love III slipped to tied 11th with a 72.
