New Delhi:
Tottenham Hotspurs striker Rafael van der Vaart will be moving to Hamburg and may feature in the club's line-up as early as their weekend fixture.
The Dutch international, who is reportedly at the German club's facility for his medical, was keen on going to his former club Humburg where he played in the 2005-06 season before moving on to Real Madrid in 2007.
Spurs had earlier put up van der Vaart for a reported fee £14 million but will reportedly compromise with Humburg, who had bid for £8 million for the striker.
Van der Vaart had moved to the English club Tottenham from Madrid in a similar last minute transfer in 2010.
