Not Fernando Torres, not Cesc Fabregas, it is Steven Gerrard who has emerged as the most fancied player among homosexual football fans after being voted the Premier League's 'Hottest Player'.
Gerrard topped the list ahead of Chelsea stars Torres and Frank Lampard, Arsenal's Fabregas, and teammate Joe Cole in the survey conducted by Gaydar, a profile-based dating website for gay and bisexual men, women and couples.
The Liverpool captain, out with a groin injury, also bagged the 'Best Legs' title, the Daily Star reported.
Meanwhile, Tottenham Hotspur's Peter Crouch was the least preferred player gays would like to play with, as the lanky striker won just two percent of the votes in the survey.
Manchester United striker Wayne Rooney grabbed almost half the votes in the 'Worst Haircut' category.
Rooney's team although fared better, as United were named the 'Hottest Squad', followed by Liverpool, Arsenal, Chelsea and Tottenham.
