Dybala has played a part in 10 of Juventus' goals this season - scoring seven and assisting a further three.
It was Juventus' fifth successive league win and moved the four-time defending champions level on points with fourth-placed AS Roma.
Juventus are also through to the knockout stages of the Champions League and can secure top spot in their group next week.
Dybala has gone from strength to strength since joining Juventus from Palermo in the off-season for 32 million euros (then USD 36 million).
"It's a positive period, but we have to stay aware and continue this trend," Allegri said. "Dybala had a good game and scored a great goal. He has important technical skills, he is growing in that role.
"But Mandzukic also did well, sacrificing himself a lot, like all the others, including the substitutes. I have to also mention (Kwadwo) Asamoah - he deserved a night of this sort after being out for a long time."
It was Aasamoah's first start of the campaign after missing most of last season with knee problems.
"Now there are important matches awaiting us and everyone will be useful," added Allegri. "So we have to remain united and positive. We have to think about ourselves, without looking at the others."
Lazio fell to their fifth defeat in six matches.
