Italy coach Marcello Lippi has named rookie Manuel Pasqual and veteran striker Christian Vieri in his 23-man squad to play Germany in Wednesday's friendly in Florence. Pasqual, a 23-year-old defender with Fiorentina, replaces the injured Gianluca Zambrotta. Vieri, now playing with Monaco, is back with the Azzurri for the first time in eight months. Lippi also recalled AS Roma's inform midfielder, Simone Perrotta, and Juventus goalkeeper Gianluigi Buffon, who is fully recovered from a shoulder injury.
