Netherlands playmaker Wesley Sneijder will undergo medical tests on Sunday after reporting a leg muscle problem during the pre-match warmup for Inter Milan's 2-1 win over Cagliari in the Serie A.

Inter manager Claudio Ranieri says he decided to hold Sneijder out of Saturday's match so as not to risk any further damage in view of Tuesday's Champions League match with Turkish side Trabzonspor.

Coutinho, Sneijder's last-minute replacement, scored against Cagliari.
