Dutch side Feyenoord and German giants Borussia Dortmund reach the UEFA Cup final.

Dutch side Feyenoord and German giants Borussia Dortmund reached the UEFA Cup final after inflicting more misery on Italian teams, which have had a nightmare season in European competition. Feyenoord were pegged back to 2-2 on the night by Inter Milan, but won 3-2 on aggregate in Rotterdam. AC Milan beat Dortmund 3-1 but could not recover from their 0-4 defeat in the first leg and lost 3-5 over the two ties. Feyenoord had a double cause for celebration as the final will be played in their own De Kuip stadium in Rotterdam on May 8. It will be Feyenoord's first European final in 28 years while Dortmund won the Champions League trophy as recently as 1997. (PTI)
