Barcelona says Andres Iniesta has been cleared by doctors to play after being sidelined for a month because of a leg injury.
Iniesta injured a muscle in his right leg during Barcelona's 3-1 loss at Real Madrid on October 25.
The midfielder has missed five matches for Barcelona and two games with Spain's national team while recovering.
Barcelona, trailing league leader Madrid in second place, faces a tough visit to Valencia on Sunday.
