Arsenal are to play Premier League rivals Manchester City in a pre-season friendly in Beijing's Bird's Nest Stadium on July 27, the opening day of the London Olympics.

Arsenal are to play Premier League rivals Manchester City in a pre-season friendly in Beijing's Bird's Nest Stadium on July 27, the opening day of the London Olympics.
The same stadium hosted the athletics programme as well as the opening and closing ceremonies at the 2008 Beijing Olympics.
The Gunners had a successful tour to Asia last summer, playing matches in China and Malaysia.
