Colombia throw the kitchen sink at Portugal, but we end the game exactly how we started. It's the first-time ever that Colombia have played out a 0-0 draw in a World Cup match. Sanchez scored in the second-half stoppage time but it was ruled out due to offside. Leao had a decent opportunity at the end for Colombia, but his effort was poor. But, Colombia take the top spot and will face Ghana in the final match of Round of 32 on Saturday. Portugal, on the other hand, will square off with Croatia on Friday in Toronto.

DR Congo are also through after beating Uzbekistan 3-1 in Atlanta. They will face England on Wednesday, also in Atlanta! 

90 1 ' Colombia score but it's offside! VAR Drama in Miami! Quintero receives a short corner and swings yet another delicious pass to the far post. Sanchez rises the highest at the back post to head past Diogo Costa. However, the referee's assistant raises the flag for an off-side. Sanchez feels he was on, but replays show his right foot was behind the last defender. Massive let-off for Portugal!

89' - Crucial defending from Ruben Dias! Daniel Munoz's cross takes a wicked deflection and loops dangerously toward the back post. With Luis Diaz lurking right behind him ready to strike, Dias rises highest to power a header away from danger. Real captain's intervention there.

85' - Pedro Neto switches the play brilliantly to find Rafael Leao on the flank. Leao showcases his skill to skip past a couple of defenders before crossing, but his final delivery is poor. Diogo Dalot manages to retrieve the loose ball, but his follow-up cross also lacks quality, and Neto eventually squanders possession. Frustration growing for Portugal.

DR Congo have taken a commanding lead against Uzbekistan with two quick-fire goals in the second half. As it stands, they have put themselves in pole position to qualify for the Round of 32 as one of the best third-placed teams in the tournament.

79' - Corner for Portugal! Bruno Fernandes and Cristiano Ronaldo link up beautifully on the left wing before the captain is played into the box. Ronaldo takes a sharp touch, but with the angle narrowing, he lofts a delicate ball into the center for Rafael Leao. It's crucially headed away for a corner, which Colombia comfortably clear to escape the danger.

Talk about context! A win tonight puts Portugal in a position to potentially meet Messi's Argentina in the quarterfinals. But with the scoreline deadlocked, Portugal are sitting second in Group K. If it stays like this, that dream Ronaldo-Messi face-off is off the table until the final, as they'll be headed for opposite sides of the bracket.

65' - Wide of the target! Colombia throw bodies forward for the corner, but the delivery is cleared out of the danger zone by the Portuguese defense. It drops to Luis Diaz on the edge of the area, who spots Gustavo Puerta and lays it off cleanly, but the midfielder's long-range effort skews wide of the post.

64' - WHAT A CHANCE! Richard Rios is unable to hit the target! James Rodriguez is completely pulling the strings in midfield right now, picking out a brilliant ball into the path of Jhon Arias. Arias instantly squares it first-time for Rios, but his sliding shot flashes agonizingly wide of the target! Colombia should be ahead.

59' - Wide from Ronaldo! Portugal launch a blistering counter-attack as the ball is released to Joao Felix, who has acres of space to run into. Instead of driving forward, he decides to slide a through ball toward Cristiano Ronaldo, but the captain drags his left-footed effort wide of the target. Massive opportunity wasted! He was offside!

53' - A misplaced pass ruins a brilliant move! Vitinha almost crafts the perfect opening. The PSG midfielder shows a superb burst of pace to skip past a couple of Colombian defenders and looks for Felix. Felix intelligently lets it run for Ronaldo, but the Colombian backline reads the dummy and intercepts just in time.

49' - Double injury worry here as both Joao Felix and Bruno Fernandes are down for Portugal! Davinson Sánchez is penalised for a heavy challenge on Fernandes but manages to escape a yellow card. Felix is absolutely furious with the referee's decision to let him off without a booking.

We are back underway in Miami! A couple of changes for Portugal as Joao Neves and Diogo Dalot replace Ruben Neves and Joao Cancelo. No changes from Colombia

It's goalless at the break! Bruno Fernandes had Portugal's best chance but failed to find the back of the net from close range. Colombia have edge the opening 45 minutes with three shots on target to Portugal's two, and the European side can thank Ruben Neves for a heroic clearance off the line that keeps it 0-0

40' - The tide has completely turned since that hydration break! Portugal are suddenly dominating the tempo. Rúben Neves tries his luck from distance, but his powerful, long-range effort fizzes just wide of Vargas' goal.

39' - First real opening for Portugal! Camilo Vargas makes a stunning save to deny Bruno Fernandes from close range. João Cancelo drills a low cross into the centre, and the Colombian defense fails to clear its lines. The loose ball falls perfectly for Fernandes, but he fires his effort straight at a well-positioned Vargas! Huge chance. Ronaldo with an overhead kick on the rebound, but it's been blocked.

As it stands in the live group table, DR Congo trail Uzbekistan 1-0 in the other simultaneous Group K fixture. Eldor Shomurodov's goal is the difference so far in Atlanta.

28' - Portugal is seriously struggling to keep possession right now! Colombia are all over them in Miami. The atmosphere is absolutely electric, with the Colombian fans making the most noise in the stands. Amid the chaos, Portugal manage to earn a goal-kick after some initial confusion in the box.

25' - Ronaldo wins a foul and lines up a signature free-kick from long range. He gets plenty of power on it, but the attempt bounces awkwardly in front of Camilo Vargas, who safely gathers it.

And with the Miami heat taking its toll, it's time for a quick hydration break!

22' - CLEARED OFF THE LINE! It is that man again, Arias! James Rodriguez works some magic on the right flank and lays it off beautifully for Jhon Arias. Arias lets fly, but Ruben Neves reads it perfectly to clear it off the line! Incredibly nervy moments for Portugal right now.

16' - What a save from Diogo Costa! The attack starts with Jhon Arias showing a phenomenal burst of pace to leave a couple of Portuguese defenders trailing in his wake. His precise pass finds Cordoba, but the striker's low, driven effort is brilliantly parried away by Costa. Portugal somehow scramble to get the ball cleared!

12' - Both teams are still searching for the breakthrough. We've yet to see a shot on target for either side, with Jhon Cordoba's early header in the opening minutes remaining the closest anyone has come.

History made in Miami! This marks James Rodriguez's 11th appearance at the World Cup finals-moving past Carlos Valderrama and Freddy Rincon to become the outright record holder for Colombia.

2' - Colombia gets us underway, attacking from left to right in this first half. An early chance for Los Cafeteros as Sanchez plays a sweeping long ball toward Diaz. He takes it down beautifully before cutting inside to unleash a shot. It deflects off a defender and falls nicely for Cordoba, but his header flies over the bar!
