Spain defender Cesar Azpilicueta has signed a new five-year deal with Chelsea.

The 25-year-old full back established himself as a regular at Chelsea last season after joining from Marseille in August 2012, and also is a key part of the Spanish national team.

He won the players' player of the year award at Chelsea last season.
