All over in Nottingham! India are bundled out for 76, handing England a commanding 125-run victory in the third T20I. While the visitors avoid their lowest T20I total, they still slump to their biggest defeat by runs in the format, surpassing the previous unwanted record of an 80-run loss to New Zealand in 2019. England dominate from start to finish and keep the series alive in emphatic fashion. They take an unassailable 2-0 lead in the five-match series.

BANTON TAKES A BLINDER! Tom Banton pulls off a stunning catch at backward point, and Josh Tongue has his fourth wicket of the match. Harshit Rana throws his hands at a cut shot, getting it to the left of backward point, but Banton reacts brilliantly, diving low to pouch a spectacular catch. England are closing in on victory, and India's innings continues to unravel. The visitors are now on the brink of their lowest-ever T20I total of 74

There goes another one! Rashid joins the party! India are eight down and staring at a heavy defeat in this third T20I. Adil Rashid gets his reward, and Jos Buttler makes no mistake behind the stumps this time.

India's biggest defeat in T20I by runs is an 80-run loss to New Zealand on February 6, 2019, in Wellington. Chasing 220, the team was bundled out for 139.

Dube is outta here! Tongue gets his third! A faint sound as the ball passes the bat, and the umpire is convinced. Shivam Dube is given out and starts the long walk back. Josh Tongue is having a terrific night, and England are tightening their grip on the match.

WICKET! India are six down! Did Jos Buttler make a mess of that? He certainly doesn't look convinced as the on-field decision is referred upstairs. The TV umpire takes a closer look, and the replays confirm that Buttler had enough control to dislodge the bails. Tilak Varma is beaten by the turn, and Will Jacks gets the breakthrough.

Dinesh Karthik not happy with India promoting Harshit Rana over Shivam Dube!

"Are you serious? Harshit Rana ahead of Shivam Dube? You can't be serious. Do they (the team management) not trust Dube enough to send him in at this stage? Instead, they've promoted Harshit Rana ahead of him. I'm not sure that's the right way to go about it," Karthik said on-air.

Archer is on fire at the moment! Another wild swing from Axar Patel, and this one ends in disaster for India. He tries to slap a short ball through the off side but only manages a thick edge through to Jos Buttler behind the stumps. A simple catch, and Jofra Archer is absolutely delighted. England are firmly on top now!

WICKET! Shreyas Iyer departs! It was there to be hit, but Iyer somehow finds the man in the deep. Jacob Bethell judges it well and completes a smart catch diving to his right. England are all over India now, and the visitors are in serious trouble in this 202-run chase.

Another one for Tongue! Hit for six earlier in the over, but the pacer has the last laugh. The short ball does the trick again as Kishan's pull goes straight to deep backward square leg. England's plan is working to perfection, and India are three wickets down in the chase.

ARCHER STRIKES! A fiery 145kph short ball around leg stump does the trick. Sooryavanshi takes it on but gloves it behind to the keeper. The teenager's cameo is over, and England have landed a massive blow in the chase.

Fortune favours Kishan! He goes hard at a short and wide delivery, only to get a thick edge. The ball flies between the keeper and short third man and runs away for four. Not convincing, but India won't mind one bit.

Tongue strikes back! Abhishek had taken him on earlier in the over, but the pacer has the last laugh. Short and wide outside off, Abhishek slices it straight to Salt at deep point. England draw first blood in the chase!

What a matchup this is! Archer beats Sooryavanshi all ends up with the first ball, but the youngster hits back immediately, slicing the next delivery over third man for a six. Expect plenty more fireworks in this battle.

India's chase is underway! Abhishek Sharma will face the first ball, with Jofra Archer steaming in with the new ball. However, all eyes are on Vaibhav Sooryavanshi at the non-striker's end as the youngster begins another high-profile innings. Can India pull off a record chase in Nottingham?

Another run-out to end the innings! Curran finishes unbeaten on 41, helping England post 201/7 in the third T20I. It was an important cameo from the all-rounder after the earlier fireworks from Jos Buttler and Phil Salt. India fought back well through Prince Yadav and Harshit Rana, who claimed two wickets apiece, but England have still managed to cross the 200-run mark. India will now need a record chase at Trent Bridge if they are to level the series.

RUN-OUT! Jacks is run out! Curran turns down the second, but Jacks is already committed. A sharp throw comes in from the deep, and Kishan completes the formalities behind the stumps. Jacks is gone!

Harshit fluffs it! Prince pitches it on a length, and Curran looks to flick it away. Harshit gets both hands to the ball as it loops up to his right, but he can't hold on. A costly drop, and Curran gets a lifeline.

Two sixes in three balls for Jacks! Axar has come under serious pressure here. Jacks is taking him on and finding the boundary with ease. The left-arm spinner has been expensive tonight despite picking up the crucial wicket of Phil Salt. England move to 170/5 after 17 overs, and the 200-run mark is well within reach from here.

Axar strikes! Salt throws his hands at a wide delivery and slices it straight to Arshdeep Singh at third man. A comfortable catch in the end, and India have the big wicket they were desperately searching for.

Four overs left, and England are set for a grandstand finish. Phil Salt is batting beautifully, while Sam Curran has provided a handy cameo so far. He is unbeaten on 18 off 11 balls. With plenty of firepower still at the crease, can England breach the 200-run mark?

Salt takes full toll! Arshdeep strays onto the pads, and Salt picks it up beautifully, helping it over the short boundary for a six. Poor delivery, and the England opener doesn't miss out.

Two wickets in two balls for Harshit! Bethell holes out to Vaibhav Sooryavanshi at deep midwicket, and Harshit strikes again on the very next delivery. Tom Banton departs first ball, slicing one straight to Varun Chakravarthy at deep third man. England are stunned as Harshit Rana turns the game on its head! Harshit will be on a hattrick next over!

Bethell goes up and over! Short and wide from the bowler, and Bethell frees his arms to slash it over the infield. Mid-off is up, and the ball skips away to the boundary after a single bounce. Four more for England.

Poor bowling from Axar! Drifting down the leg side, and Bethell helps it on its way with a neat sweep off the pads. Four more runs, and that's the second boundary of the over.

Second wicket for Prince! Brook goes for the pull, but gets it high on the bat. The ball balloons up into the night sky, and Abhishek Sharma settles under it after running in from deep midwicket. A simple catch in the end, and Prince Yadav strikes again!

Four runs! It's a back-of-a-length delivery, and Brook clears his front leg before lofting it over extra cover. One bounce and into the boundary cushions. Classy stroke from the England batter.

Salt gets lucky! He throws his bat at a wide delivery and gets a thick edge that flies past Ishan Kishan behind the stumps. It races away to the boundary, and Salt's reaction says it all.

What a start for Prince! A first-ball yorker from Prince Yadav, and he castles the dangerous Buttler. The England batter fails to get his bat down in time as the delivery sneaks past and crashes into the stumps. The crowd erupts in delight as Prince strikes with his very first ball!

Buttler, take a bow! Rana rolls his fingers over an off-cutter, but Buttler is onto it in a flash. He clears his front leg and whips it over midwicket, sending the ball deep into the stands. What a shot from the England captain!

In the slot from Axar, and Buttler makes him pay! The England skipper makes room and lofts it straight back over the bowler's head for a six. That's a top shot from the former England captain.

Buttler goes up and over! Slightly overpitched from Arshdeep, and Buttler looks to loft it over mid-off. It's not the cleanest of connections, but it has enough on it to clear the infield. The ball takes a couple of bounces before racing into the boundary cushion.

And Salt finds the gap! Rana goes for the yorker but misses. Salt clears his front leg and places this in the gap through the mid-on region. First boundary of the match for England.

India waste a review! There's a huge LBW appeal and Arshdeep Singh looks confident, but the umpire shakes his head. Salt misses his flick as the ball swings in full. India opt for the review, but ball-tracking shows it pitching outside leg stump. The visitors lose a review and Salt survives.

It's a warm and sunny day in Nottingham! Arshdeep Singh will bowl the first over. Phil Salt and Jos Buttler are ready and waiting.

As expected, Ravi Bishnoi has been dropped from the playing XI following his horror show in Manchester. In comes Prince Yadav, who debuted earlier this year at home against Afghanistan. Big night for the young pacer!

"We were a little bit indecisive, to be honest. I was glad I lost the toss, but we would have had a bat," said England captain Harry Brook.

"Yeah, I thought it was an excellent performance from everybody involved. I thought we fielded outstandingly and then bowled really well, especially through the middle phase, which is an area we wanted to improve. And then, to bat and knock off them runs was awesome. Every game's a big game against India and any nation. So, we're happy to be here. We're looking forward to another challenge against a strong side. And, yeah, hopefully we can go 2-0," he added.

"We're going to bowl first," said India captain Shreyas Iyer after winning the toss.

"Yes, I think that was just a hiccup which you can't control, and you definitely have to back your bowler. He's thinking a bit too much, but I know everyone goes through that patch. But boys are in high spirits anyway. I had a chat with him. Definitely, every player goes through that phase in their life. So, a great learning for him as well and also for the team," he added.

India captain Shreyas Iyer won the toss and opted to bowl against England in the third T20I in Nottingham. At the toss, Iyer also informed that Prince Yadav had come in place of Ravi Bishnoi, the spinner who returned with figures of 0/60 in his quota of four overs in the previous game.

Trent Bridge, Nottingham, where the third T20I between India and England is set to be played today, is a high-scoring venue. Chasing is relatively easier on this track. The average first-innings total is 191.

In the second T20I against England in Manchester, Vaibhav Sooryavanshi scripted an unwanted record. He became the first Indian batter to be stumped on his T20I debut. The southpaw had stepped out of his crease to smash England spinner Will Jacks for a boundary, but he missed the ball.

Yet to win a game on the ongoing tour of the UK, a desperate India will most certainly include an additional pacer at the expense of the out-of-sync Ravi Bishnoi. The spinner, whose three back-foot no-balls and a 29-run over cost the Shreyas Iyer-led side the second T20I, looked horribly out of rhythm during his wicketless spell that leaked 60 runs in four overs in Manchester.

It is expected that a pace bowler will come into the XI, and Prince Yadav, with his ability to move the ball in the air and off the surface, looks a better candidate than Prasidh Krishna, whose natural back-of-a-length deliveries are easier to hit in the T20 format.

India's batting coach Sitanshu Kotak said that Vaibhav Sooryavanshi was set to make his india debut anyway.

Vaibhav Sooryavanshi finally got his India debut cap in the second T20I against England, but he failed to make a big impact. The southpaw scored 14 off 10 balls, with the help of two sixes. A bit of nerves were visible as the teenager played his maiden senior India game. He was dismissed in quite an uncharacteristic manner. Sooryavanshi was stumped while trying to take on England spinner Will Jacks.
