Why is it difficult to reach India skipper Dhoni?

When VVS Laxman said that he couldn't get in touch with MS Dhoni before announcing his retirement, it didn't reflect well on a leader that may believe is the best India's ever had. But to Mahi's credit he accepted his mistake and conceded that he hasn't been as accessible to his team-mates as he would have liked.
