Misbah and Younis are greeted with a memento and now the skipper gets his hands on what he and his nation have been trying to do since ages - The Test Series Trophy in the Caribbean! The Pakistan team pose for the photographs and that wraps up the formalities from this emotional Test match. Pakistan win the ODIs, T20Is and now even Tests, incredible show from them. We hope you have enjoyed our coverage. Keep joining us for future games. For now, we gotta go. Goodnight! Take Care! Cheers! Have a great week ahead, folks!
Man of the Series, Yasir Shah thanks the Almighty first up. Informs he was trying to bowl just one good ball that will change the result and is happy to do that. Adds he's really elated to scalp 25 wickets in the series for the first time ever. Further says he bowls with a lot of patience in Tests. Ends by saying there wasn't much pressure on him as the wicket assisted him with turn and bounce although it was slow.
(One last time) Pakistan skipper, Misbah-ul-Haq says he wants to thank the Almighty first up. Mentions whatever success he had in his career is because of the Almighty. Wants to thank his wife and his sister for supporting him throughout. Says she (his sister) convinced him and the fans that he has to go out with a bang. States his son has his exams so he couldn't be there, but says he misses him. Thanks everybody who supported him and prayed for him throughout his career. Adds all things except the Almighty must come to an end. Reckons he couldn't have asked for a better ending to his career. Says the way the guys gave him and Younis Khan a send-off was exceptional. Applauds Younis Khan for having a remarkable career and is grateful for his contribution, especially in the middle. Is thankful that his name will come alongside him in the history books. Admits it's difficult when the game ends just an over before. Goes on to say both teams were under pressure but finally they managed to win that and such wins are more savoury than straightforward wins. Further adds the bowlers bowled their hearts out, especially the seamers. Praises Yasir Shah in particular, who was simply outstanding in bowling long spells. Let's the viewers know that everybody was motivated as it was a chance to win their first ever series in the Caribbean and also as they wanted to do it for him and Younis Khan. Mentions family is important, and so are the fans. Appreciates his mother as well, who is just priceless and says that her prayers and endless support means the world to him. Ends by once again thanking everybody who helped him in his career achieve success.
West Indies skipper, Jason Holder is very proud of the fight that his team has showed. Is a bit disappointed with the end result but opines his team has showed the world something that they haven't seen with West Indies cricket for a long time. Adds Pakistan is a tough opposition and feels if they are given a chance to play against tough nations, they can come forward. Appreciates Roston Chase and even Shannon Gabriel for almost digging it out. Feels there's still lot of room for improvement and hopes to improve with each passing game. Ends by congratulating Misbah-ul-Haq and Younis Khan and wishes them all the best for future endeavors.
Man of the Match, Roston Chase says he just wanted to save the Test match, didn't think about his hundred or anything, just wanted to save the match. He adds he just told the others to trust their defense and try hard. Hopes Shannon Gabriel will learn from this experience and not repeat the same mistake next time. Mentions he had a good series but he wants to do even better as it wasn't enough for his team.
This is Pakistan's first ever series win in the Caribbean. Misbah-ul-Haq has done what no other Pakistan captain has ever done before. He bows out to the game in the best possible manner imaginable. He, along with Younis Khan, can leave on a high note. Two stalwarts, true professionals, two fabled careers, two extraordinary gentlemen, two selfless cricketers, two legends in every sense of the word... sign off with a blaze of glory. Remarkable scenes!
The chase was never about winning, but saving the match. Everybody started falling. The hosts needed a Roston Chase special to get something out of this, they got a Roston Chase special which almost took them over the line. He played one of the finest Test knocks in recent years but couldn't get his team over the line. Was almost there, with just 6 balls remaining, but it just wasn't enough. Not sure what he must be thinking now, looking at Gabriel playing that shot. You've got to feel for him.
The first three days of the Test didn't produce much, but the 4th and 5th days had it all. Excitement, drama, heroics, missed chances. It all began with Pakistan posting a good first innings total of 376 led by an Azhar Ali ton. Then West Indies got bundled out for less than 250 where Mohammad Abbas ran riot with his maiden 5-fer. Then West Indies came out and cleaned Pakistan up rather quickly and had a target of 304 in front of them.
Spare a thought for Roston Chase! Heavens know what he must be feeling right now, heartbreaking! He remains stranded on a 101. Dragged his team till the very last minute only to witness his efforts being undone just before the finish line. Either way, this has been a spectacular Test match. The perfect end to this enthralling series.

Yasir Shah To Shannon Gabriel OUT!
OUT! No, he can't! Bowled 'em! Yasir Shah has done it with his 11th Test 5-fer! First ever Test series win for Pakistan in the Caribbean! And boy, what a dramatic way to achieve it! Amazing scenes here in Dominica! Yasir Shah is off for a celebratory run and then slides as all his mates come barging towards him. Misbah and Younis punch the air in joy and then there is Roston Chase at the other end left stranded. What must he be going through right now! Coming to the ball, Yasir Shah bowls a quicker full delivery outside off, with everyone closing in, Shannon Gabriel could have defended or even left it, but he takes a risky step. Decides to slog it over the top but ends up getting an inside edge which cannons onto the stumps. PAKISTAN WIN BY 101 RUNS!
The Pakistan players are tensed. But Misbah as always, as he has done throughout his career, keeps smiling. The entire visiting side has closed in around the batsman.

NOT OUT! Shannon Gabriel survives! Bowls a loopy delivery outside leg, it turns in as Gabriel looks to defend. The ball goes off something and it's taken at silly point. Pakistan appeal and it's given out straightaway. Gabriel takes the review and replays show the sound was of the bat being thudded into the pads.
A review! Oh, dear lord... What's happening here? Shannon Gabriel is given out for a bat-pad at silly point. He's reviewed the decision.

An appeal for bat first! Yasir Shah tosses it up around middle and off, Gabriel takes a stride forward and defends it with his bat really close to the pad. They appeal but nothing from the umpire. Shannon Gabriel survives! West Indies dressing room is all smiles. This is brilliant!
