It was important for them to get a good start and that was given by Roy and Ahsan. Roy brought up his fifty before giving away his wicket and then Ahsan followed him. Vince got a start but failed to continue. The skipper, Sarfaraz Ahmed stayed in the middle and took the game till the end. He batted with confidence and took his team over the line. Not to forget the important cameo from Umar Akmal who scored 23 off 8 balls which proved to be very crucial.
Take a bow skipper, Sarfaraz Ahmed. An astonishing innings under so much pressure. Also, Quetta Gladiators have chased down 200 or more in consecutive matches, and that too pretty comfortably. They also get the avenge of the early loss against Islamabad United.
