Dasun Shanaka goes deep in his crease and looks to smoke the ball out of the stadium. Shanaka goes a bit too hard and ends up launching it high into the night sky towards deep mid-wicket. Jeffrey Vandersay tosses it up now on middle and leg and the tailender falls into the trap as he dances down the pitch looking to go over mid on. Noor Ahmad doesn't get to the pitch of the ball and ends up hitting it uppishly to the left of mid on. Navod Paranavithana over there springs infront and takes it with both hands just off the pitch.
