Saina Nehwal made a good start to her All England Open Badminton Championship campaign beating Korea's Seung Hee Bae 21-13, 21-16. Saina next plays another unseesed player Tzu Ying Tai of Chinese Taipei, who is ranked 22nd in the world.ÂÂ
The World No.5 who is also seeded fifth for the tournament, was the first Indian woman player to reach the semis of this tournament last year and would be looking to repeat this feat as she may not run into any Chinese or higher ranked player before the finals.
The title is now looking more achievable with defending champion Tine Baun of Denmark and last year's runner up Yihan Wang having pulled out.
