Women's Premier League Auction 2023 Highlights: India opener Smriti Mandhana was the top buy at the WPL auction held at the Jio World Convention Centre in Mumbai on Monday. Royal Challengers Bangalore paid a whopping sum of Rs 3.4 crore for the left-handed batter. Meanwhille, Australia all-rounder Ashleigh Gardner and England all-rounder Nat Sciver fetched a sum of Rs 3.2 crore each after being roped in by Gujarat Giants and Mumbai Indians, respectively. India's spin all-rounder Deepti Sharma fetched a sum of 2.60 crore from UP Warriorz while the nation's top-order batter Jemimah Rodrigues got 2.2 crore from Delhi Capitals.
