Bopanna and Qureshi, who survived a tough three-setter against the Austrian-Brazillian pair of Chris Guccione and Marcio Torres on Friday, were sent crashing by their third seeded opponents today in the 16-pair tournament.
Elgin and Kudryavtsev later lost to unseeded duo of Briton Joshua Goodall and Joseph Sirianni of Austria 3-6, 1-6 in the final.
