Dinesh Karthik Backs KL Rahul As The First-Choice Wicket-Keeper For World Cup 2023
Indian cricketer Dinesh Karthik attended the launch party of the Pari Match Sports in Tamil Nadu's Chennai on July 1. During the event, he also had a question and answers session. On speaking about the wicket-keeper choice for the ICC World Cup 2023, he said that since Rishabh Pant is not fit, there would be a toss-up for Ishan Kisan, Sanju Samson and KL Rahul. "The choice for wicketkeeping in the Asia Cup is between three, considering Rishabh Pant is not fit, It's going to be a toss-up for Ishan Kisan, Sanju Samson and KL Rahul. I think KL Rahul is the frontrunner followed by Sanju and Kishan," said Dinesh Karthik.
