The cricket league has been dogged by controversies since its inception, the most recent being linked to matches being ordered out of Maharashtra because of the state's drought situation. On The Buck Stops Here, we speak to the IPL chairman, Rajeev Shukla, who says the leadership of the IPL is consider moving the 2017 edition out of India, but it is India's loss since it's a global brand now.
