If Srinivasan is involved, he will go as he is honourable: Farooq Abdullah

Union Minister Farooq Abdullah speaks out in favour of BCCI chief N Srinivasan. He feels that just because his son-in-law is under investigation does not mean that Srinivasan should step down. He says that without politics, sports cannot function and believes that Srinivasan is an honourable man and shall step down himself if the investigation reveals his involvement. The President of the Jammu and Kashmir Cricket Association also said that legalising betting would go a long way to curb the problem of fixing. But he maintained that he was not a suitable candidate to take over as head of the BCCI.
