Asian Games 2014: Disappointed to Miss Gold, says Shooting Star Vijay Kumar

London Olympics silver medallist Vijay Kumar said losing the 25 metre center-fire pistol Asian Games 2014 team gold at the Ongnyeon International Shooting Range in Incheon on Friday was disappointing. India beat the Koreans but failed to beat the Chinese by just two points to settle for the silver. Vijay said the Indians did well under pressure and jetlag was not an excuse for not missing gold. Vijay's teammate Gurpreet Singh said the trio was determined to win something in its last event. The team's third member Pemba Tamang echoed similar sentiments. However, none of the Indians managed to finish on the podium in the individual event. Pemba Tamang, Gurpreet and Vijay finished eighth, ninth and 12th, respectively.
