Sreejesh was the first player from Kerela to make it to the national side after a considerable time gap. While he has mostly been the reserve custodian for the national side, Sreejesh provides a safe option to the coach in case of any emergencies.
All of 24 years, he has managed to find an entry into the team when Adrian D'Souza lost the selectors' faith for a number of reasons.
Sreejesh is known to tackle every opposition with a certain degree of respect which has helped him greatly improve his game. With age on his side, he has the potential to make it even bigger in the time to come.
