ISL: Ex-Arsenal Defender Andre Santos Joins FC Goa
A left back by trade, Andre Santos had last played for Brazilian side Flamengo for whom he played 49 matches before leaving the club in August.

After getting Arsenal midfielder Robert Pires, FC Goa have now roped in former Arsenal and Brazil international player Andre Santos for the Indian Super League (ISL).
Santos has signed on for FC Goa and will join the squad shortly.
A youth product of Figueirense in Brazil, Santos participated and helped Brazil capture the 2009 FIFA Confederations Cup.
Having his stints in Brazil with Gremio, Corinthians, Atletico Mineiro and Turkey with Fenerbahce, Santos then moved to Arsenal where he stayed for two years and appeared in 33 matches.

FC Goa will play its first ISL match on October 15 against Chennaiyin FC, an official press release said.
