India vs New Zealand 1st Test Day 5 Highlights: 1st Test between India and New Zealand ended in a draw after bad light came into play on the last day. The two-match series stands at 0-0.
India vs New Zealand, 1st Test, Day 5 Highlights: India and New Zealand have settled for a draw after bad light came into play on Day 5 at the Green Park Stadium in Kanpur. Rachin Ravindra and Ajaz Patel were the last two batters who stayed on the crease till the end. Ashwin now has 419 wickets in 80 Test matches for India. Anil Kumble leads that tally with 619 wickets, followed by Kapil Dev's 434 scalps. The two teams will next face off in the second Test that will start from Thursday at the iconic Wankhede Stadium in Mumbai. Regular skipper Virat Kohli will join the squad and lead the team in Mumbai while it will be a tough call for the Indian team management to decide on whom to drop as Shreyas Iyer has been the man to rescue India in both innings with his maiden ton on his debut innings followed by a half-century in the second innings.
