St. Andrews, Scotland:
Firmly entrenched atop the world rankings and leading the money lists both sides of the Atlantic, Luke Donald is eyeing another heavy payday at this week's Dunhill Links Championship as he bids for a second straight title in Scotland.
The 33-year-old Englishman returns to the European Tour after completing his PGA Tour schedule by finishing tied for third at the Tour Championship, earning him a check of $418,667.
It was another impressive display in what has been a stellar year for Donald, who has topped the rankings since May and won four titles in 2011 - including the Scottish Open at the Castle Stuart links course in July.
A winner's prize of €588,148 is on offer this week as sixth-ranked Martin Kaymer of Germany defends his title.
