McLaren's Hamilton wows Bangalore

British F1 driver Lewis Hamilton left locals here in awe as he showcased his driving talents in his McLaren, the same car that he drove to win the 2008 championship.

Hamilton, who is fifth in the 2011 standings for drivers, had fans screaming as he burnt rubber on a highway outside city limits. Bangaloreans also got a taste of what an F1 car is capable of as well as the McLaren technology used as Hamilton showcased his skills behind the wheel.

The ongoing season may well have been decided in Sebastian Vettel's favour but come October and Lewis Hamilton will return in a bid to win the inaugural Indian Grand Prix.
