Greater Noida:
Unlike the last two editions, the 2013 Formula 1 Indian Grand Prix seemed to lack star appeal as very few famous names turned up for the race here on Sunday.
The first two years saw an influx of stars, like cricketing legend Sachin Tendulkar, at the Buddh International Circuit paddock.
This year only actors Gulshan Grover and Gul Panag and Human Resource Development Minister Shashi Tharoor with his wife Sunanda Pushkar have been seen visiting the circuit along with shooter Ronjan Sodhi.
The main grandstand also looked sparse ahead of Sunday's race with almost half the seats empty.
