Formula One Driver Jenson Button Ties the Knot With Supermodel Girlfriend Jessica Michibata

Jenson Button, a former Formula One champion, began dating Argentine-Japanese lingerie model in December 2008 and married her at a lavish ceremony in Hawaii this week.

British former world champion Jenson Button confirmed via Twitter on Thursday that he has married his long-term girlfriend, Japanese-Argentine lingerie model Jessica Michibata.

The pair were pictured at a New Year's Eve ceremony in Maui, Hawaii in several British newspapers.

The marriage capped a turbulent year for 34-year-old Button, whose father, John, died in January.

Button, who won the world championship with Brawn in 2009, was recently confirmed as one of McLaren's drivers for the 2015 season alongside the returning Fernando Alonso.
