Force India's Paul di Resta and Adrian Sutil finished 11th and 12th fastest in the Formula One Italian Grand Prix qualifying on Saturday. Red Bull's Sebastian Vettel claimed his 10th pole of the season.
Vettel's time of 1 min 22.275 sec comfortably placed him on the front of the grid with McLaren's Lewis Hamilton and Jenson Button clocking 1:22.725 and 1:22.777 for second and third positions.
Di Resta was in the hunt for a place in Q3 but Renault's Bruno Senna pipped him for the tenth spot in the dying minutes of Q2. Senna recorded 1:24.157 to better di Resta's effort of 1:24.183. The more experienced Sutil managed 1:24.209 and will join his teammate on the sixth row.
However, Force India will be confident of securing some points in Sunday's race after top-10 finishes in Belgium, Hungary and Germany.
The Silverstone based team is currently seventh in the Constructor's Championship with 32 points.
